Our one-day leadership program recognises there are lots of challenges to being a great virtual leader and teaches leaders how to overcome these challenges through three specific focus areas of leadership. The disciplines outlined in this program help virtual leaders effectively choose how they interact with direct reports to help create more satisfied and loyal employees.
Available in two delivery options. A one-day face-to-face classroom program and a virtual classroom with three 90-120 minute virtual sessions. Both the face-to-face and virtual classroom delivery run from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00p.m.
