Based on 30 years of research, our trust experts have developed a simple, yet powerful trust model that provides a common language and framework, focused on the specific behaviours that build trust.
With the Building Trust program, individuals are able to understand the impact of their behaviours on building or eroding trust, and can identify those aspects that need attention to build and maintain trusting relationships.
The focus is on helping managers understand the impact of trust within the workplace and learn a language to enhance and sustain trusting relationships. Building Trust is a stand-alone module or it can be embedded into SLII® or other Blanchard® programs. This is a half-day session.
